Our young kitchen team creates delicious dishes every day in coordination with season, region and freshness. We are happy to take the products directly from the producer, such as the rump steak from Schleswig-Holsteiner heifers (Young cattle), Markeruper geese, potatoes from the local farmer, fish directly from the cutter, just to name a few examples. Both the guest, who loves the classic kitchen, will be thrilled, as well as the one who would like to be surprised by young & creative dishes. The kitchen team around Ulf Sierks and Nico Mordhorst combines tradition and new ideas.
