Our chef Nico Mordhorst has supported Ulf Sierks and the kitchen team of the restaurant in the “Bärenkrug” since summer 2013.

He gained his experience in renowned houses worldwide:

  • Training as a cook in the “Kieler Yacht Club” / “Steigenberger” Kiel
  • Restaurant “Engel”, Hamburg
  • Restaurant “Haerlin” in the hotel “Vier Jahreszeiten”, Hamburg
  • “Dedon Island Resort”, Philippines
